Coffee Jelly ni Alvin

 Isa sa mga kinawiwilihan namin ngayon ang pagkain ng coffee jelly na gawa ni Alvin. Creamy at malambot ang gelatin nito at dahil sa marami ang nagnanais na matuto kung paano gumawa ng desert na ito... nagbigay na siya ng procedures na inaasahan naming lahat na maging successful.


Eto ang INGREDIENTS:

     1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK (BIG)
     1 CAN CONDENSED MILK (BIG)
     1 PC. NESTLE CREAM
     1 KILO SUGAR (SUPER BROWN)
     25 GRAMS NESCAFE
     1 (P20.00)AGAR-AGAR (FROM MORONG 'GELATIN POWDER')
     4 1/2 LITERS OF WATER

PROCEDURES:

1. PUT 4 1/2 LITERS OF WATER IN A STOCKPOT.

2. MIX AGAR-AGAR AND NESCAFE IN WATER. WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY MELTED, PUT IT UNDER FIRE. WAIT UNTIL THE MIXTURE REACHED ITS BOILING POINT.

3. PUT THE SUGAR.

4. WAIT AGAIN FOR THE MIXTURE TO BOIL. THEN, TURN OFF THE FIRE.

5. POUR THE MIXTURE IN A TRAY WHERE IT WILL BE COOLED.

6. AFTER CUTTING THE MIXTURE INTO DESIRED SHAPE, MIX IT WITH THE EVAPORATED MILK, CONDENSED MILK AND NESTLE CREAM.

7. REFRIGERATE IT.

8. BEST SERVED WHEN CHILLED.

Try n'yo ring gumawa... pero ang masasabi ko lang, kailangan ng pasensya lalo na kung first time pa lang gumawa. (*^_^)
